Global Temperature Signal: low cost monitor for temperature-sensitive shipments in-transit

The Global Temp Signal (GTS) is a low cost, disposable temperature indicating device for checking product
temperature whilst in-transit.  It is designed for single use. 

The device has many features that can be pre-configured to meet specific in-transit or product requirements.
The GTS is customized to meet individual company specifications.

Key Features:

The temp signal device will automatically stop upon opening of the cold chain box on receipt.
This unique feature confirms the tempratures from packing to the actual point of receipt and opening.
It faciliates clear hand-over of temperature responsibility at point of receipt, removing the opportunity of
human error on receipt.

Other features include the following:

• Simple to use
• Easily interpreted in different countries to cater for different languages
• Signal clearly indicates to the receiver the temperature has been maintained during
  transport or the temperature limits have been exceeded
• Based on a traffic light: the red, green and amber lights are universally understood and
  provide a clear signal without requiring extensive interpretation, detailed instructions
  or procedure cards

LED Indications:

Red = the temperature limits have been exceeded

Green = the temperature has been maintained with in the specified limits

Amber = the temperature has been below the limit.

Red and Amber = the temperature has exceeded the temperature limits, and also recorded reading below the temperature limits.
