Cold Chain Shippers from KODIAK

R36 - 36 Litre Container R11 - 11 Litre Container

Kodiak’s patented temperature-regulating system is completely contained in the lid of each unit, freeing all cargo space for your

payload. The system actively maintains internal temperatures for five days in an average 25°C ambient temperature environment

without frozen gel packs, ice or power.

Model R36 - Kodiak 36 Litre Container

Kodiak containers are durable, reliable, weather-resistant and built to withstand the effects of ambient heat, cold and rough handling.

The rugged super-insulated construction protects the contained products and precisely controls their temperatures.

Model R11 - Kodiak 11 Litre Container

All Kodiak containers include:

  • High density polyethylene and polypropylene exterior and protective high-impact polystyrene internal liner resist shock and absorb vibration.
  • A unique interior thermal shield almost eliminates thermal stratification between the top and bottom of the interior cargo space.
  • Vacuum insulation panels provide an insulating R-factor of 38 to maintain temperatures for five days at an average ambient of 25ºC.
  • Lid latches can be secured with locks or tamper-evident seals.

Kodiak containers feature a combination of advanced temperature-regulating technology unmatched by any other container in the industry.

The resulting five-day hold time increases your shipping options, improving quality control and saving money in the process.

How does it work?

  • The Kodiak lid, containing phase change refrigerant and the temperature-regulating system, is frozen in a standard commercial freezer.
  • A green light illuminates when the lid is fully frozen.
  • The Kodiak container is packed with product, and the lid is closed. It's ready to go!
  • A built-in temperature monitor records ambient and internal temperatures throughout the shipment.
  • Patented temperature-regulating system connects the frozen refrigerant to the thermal shield surrounding the payload and cools the interior.
  • Temperature information is recorded throughout the shipment.
  • Passive containers have difficulty regulating temperature during shipment, leaving your product at the mercy of the elements.
  • The temperature-regulating technology responds to any ambient temperature variance, maintaining internal temperatures for the duration of the shipment.
